You can order a hoodie through our webshop. Choose a design or create your own using our custom print service.

We accept payments via Bancontact, PayPal and credit card (Visa/Mastercard).

Can I pay after receiving my order?
No, all orders must be paid in advance. Custom designs require approval before printing, and refunds are available if the order cannot be fulfilled.

How do I submit my custom design?
During checkout, you can upload your design or describe your idea. We will review it and confirm before production.

What file format should my design be in?
For the best quality, we recommend PNG or JPG. You can also upload Photoshop (PSD) or Illustrator (AI) files if you prefer.

Where do you ship?
We ship within Europe for free and worldwide with shipping costs depending on the location.

How long does shipping take?
Standard orders take 7-10 business days, and custom orders may take 5-10 business days after approval.

Shipping is free within Europe. For worldwide shipping, costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

How do I add a new question & answer?
To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

Can I return or exchange my hoodie?
Non-customized hoodies can be returned within 30 days if unworn and in original condition. Custom hoodies cannot be returned unless there is a defect.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your hoodie is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 days with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale discounts?
